Flexible Lease Terms
Yes – if your business has been trading for less than three years you may be eligible for a discount. If this will be the only premises for your business, you should be eligible for full business rates relief.
Broadband and phone packages are available with our provider, Zen Systems, from £15-£60 per month, depending on your required package, and telephones are charged per handset. Further details available upon request.
Electricity is metered for each office and will be billed monthly in arrears.
Our work space is equipped with a modern access control system that facilitates our tenants with 24-hour access. This supported by a comprehensive alarm system monitored by a local security provider.
Of course – we have a variety of meeting rooms available for use by tenants and you can book up to eight hours free each month! We also offer tenants a 50% discount on bookings for our larger training rooms. We also have lots of other break out spaces available.
Expert business advice
All tenants can access free business advice appointments from our expert work space, and we recommend tenants have a minimum of one appointment every six months.
Training courses
We run various courses for businesses at all stages, many of which are fully funded. See our upcoming training courses on our website.
Access to free consultations and advice with our sponsors
Tenants can receive free advice and consultations with our sponsors upon request. This can include legal advice, financial advice, marketing, accounting, and insurance queries. Speak to a member of the Colbea Team on reception for further information.
There is no fixed contract, we offer easy-in, easy-out terms to all our tenants.
Yes – reception is staffed Monday to Friday 9-5 and one of our friendly team will be on hand to navigate your visitors through the work space. We also offer a range of other services, including a daily mail handling and collection service.
Yes! Free parking is available for tenants. Depending on the size of the office rented, between one and three spaces are allocated. Free visitors parking is also available.
Yes – we have ramps at our entrances as well as a lift to all floors. There are also disabled toilets on each floor.
